DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY? Yes — all products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
HOW DO I MOUNT THE CLIMBING HOLDS? Our climbing holds can be mounted using standard climbing wall hardware. Depending on the hold, you will need M10 bolts for bolt-on holds and 5 mm wood screws for screw-on holds.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE PRODUCTS? Clean the holds with a stiff brush, water, and mild soap, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow the holds to dry completely before use. We do not recommend using industrial washing machines, as this may damage the material and surface texture.
