HOW DOES ORDERING WORK? Each product is made to order. Click “Request order” and send the pre-filled email - I’ll get back to you with details on production time, pricing, and shipping.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? Production time depends on current demand, but I’ll let you know the expected timeframe when you reach out. If there are no pending orders, 1–2 collections typically take around 2 weeks to produce.
CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM CHANGES? Yes. Since each hold is made by hand, you’re welcome to share preferences or ideas when placing your request - such as a different collection mix, color, or other adjustments.
WILL MY PRODUCT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE SHOWN? No. Each product is handmade, so small variations in shape, texture, and color are part of what makes each piece unique. The holds follow the same general sizes and style, but may vary slightly in appearance.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING? Shipping costs depend on your location, and I will let you know the price when you request an order. Local pickup is also available free of charge at Paludan Müllers Vej 101, 8210 Aarhus.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY? Yes — all products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
HOW DU I CLEAN THE HOLDS? If needed, use a sponge with water and mild soap, followed by rinsing with clean water. Make sure the holds are fully dried afterwards before use. We do not recommend using industrial washing machines, as this may damage the material and surface texture.
HOW DO I PAY? Once we’ve confirmed the order details, I’ll send a payment link or invoice. You can pay by card, bank transfer, or MobilePay.
