The Story Behind: The Concept

All of these climbing holds are made from leftover wood sourced from the local carpentry workshop where we are based, Kjeldtoft Møbelsnedkeri.
The material consists of high-quality oak offcuts that are given a new life as climbing holds. We pay close attention to the material we work with and its natural qualities.
Oak is a strong and characterful hardwood with a rich strukture. By sandblasting the holds, the natural grain of the wood becomes more pronounced, giving a clearer sense of the raw material while also improving friction.
Each hold is unique due to the natural variations in the wood, but they are shaped within the same style and size range.
